This fabulous family villa is only 30 minutes from Palma airport. The villa sleeps six, and comprises three bedrooms and three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cooker, washing machine and dryer. The Lounge and Dining area are ideal for entertaining, and further private terraces can be found downstairs and upstairs.

Top quality "intermobel" furnishings throughout. Every room has air conditioning and under floor heating for colder nights. The lounge has TV with sky and a DVD player. The villa is served by three pools nestling in between holes 13-16 of the Andratx Golf course designed by the prestigious David Kidd of Gleneagles Golf Developments. A short walk from the beautiful sandy beach and child friendly bay of Camp De Mar. A short five minute drive to the exclusive marina of Puerto Andratx is well worth it. Within the grounds there is an associated five star Hotel and Club. True luxury awaits all our guests in this beautiful villa.

There is also cycle hire and a tennis club in Camp de Mar. There is a diving club, motorboat and sailboat hire in Puerto Andratx. West of Palma Nova.

Home from Home

Our extensive search of Mallorca (as it is locally known), came to an end when we discovered this delightful little hillside community, with its fabulous 5 star hotel and grounds built on a very well kept golf course designed by David Kidd. Our family is a sporting one and likes to keep active.

From Golf to Sailboat hire its all here for you. However if you are like some of our less active members of the family you can just relax by one of the pools in the knowledge that everything you could possibly need is at your fingertips.

If you love to entertain new found friends, we think you'll enjoy the stylish villa and its setting. The lounge has TV with sky and a DVD player, and the impeccable climate allows you to enjoy alfresco eating on the terraces on a daily basis.

The Villa

As you can see from the photos the Villa is situated on a delightful estate consisting of 50 houses. We like the fact that the estate is intimate yet very private. It lends itself to everyone's tastes whether "getting away from it all" or an "activities break".

The villa is brand new and is newly furnished and ready for occupation. You can enjoy the excellent climate in many of the beautiful garden areas around the estate, including total privacy within the Villa itself.

As you will see we have decided to give our guests a very high level of luxury for a very economic price. If you have any special request just ask at the time of booking and we will do our best to make it happen.

Things to do

This area is abundant with things to do. Firstly you have onsite golf. The 18 hole golf course is the pride of the estate and is very well kept. The hotel and club offers Sauna, Spa and health treatments.

There are also three pools onsite so you can always sunbath and swim. The many other activities include cycle hire and beach activities. The perfect place for an "activities break". The beach is 5 minutes away and offers beach activities. Sailboat hire is available in the town 5 minutes away. There also some very scenic walks in and around the area, with stunning views over the bay of Camp de Mar.

The villa is situated close to great restaurants and bars ranging from the lively to the romantic.

The location combines all the advantages of a small resort with excellent facilities such as small supermarket, restaurants shops, cash machines and a 24 hours doctor’s surgery.

The scenery at Camp De Mar is beautiful particularly when viewed from the attractive beach bars, and charming seafood restaurants.

The beautiful cosmopolitan old and historic city of Palma is a mere 20 minutes. Well worth the visit for the size of the yacht's alone.

Nearby Puerto de Andratx (3 km away) is an ideal place for a pleasant evening stroll and visit to one of the many restaurants that line the harbour. As always, eating in Spain can be done from early evening until very late, which leaves plenty of time to enjoy the fabulous shopping in Andratx. Those looking to sample a bit more of the typical family seaside resort can do so at Paguera (3 km away) where there is another long sandy beach.

With room for up to 6 people the villa offers great value for money. Prices start at £500 per week in Jan/Feb - to £1150 per week in July/Aug.
