The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views (see below for details), a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, sailing, boat hire, walking, mountain biking, scuba diving, a restaurant. The villa is at 30 min from airport in Palma de Mallorca airport, at 10 min from little port, at 2 min from beach. The villa is situated in Sant Elm in the town of Andratx in the south/west of Majorca.

We are pleased to present our extensive and charming house with splendid views to the sea and the "Island Dragonera" known in Mallorca for its beauty and its charm.

The villa is ideal to spend the pleasant holidays in family and to be released in the garden and its large swimming pool. Is not necessary a car in Sant Elm. In the village there is a grocery store and local restaurants. A ferry services the Sant Elm area to the nearby popular resort of Port Andratx. 2 min from deep-sea diving.

The Villa

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very calm and quiet place then this at the end of a street. You can park your car just in front of the house or in the private garage. This villa has an independant apartment (the apartment belongs to the villa - it is of the same owner) who can be rented separatly. It's for 6 persons more and it has it own terraces and entrance and the same characteristics of the house (air cond., ground of marble, tv, furnished kitchen, etc...) The swimming pool is for the villa and the apartment. The washing machine is outside, in a room near the garden. In all the villa , there is ground of marble.

Sant Elm

Within walking distance of the beach and of a little cove with withe sand ! Is not necessary a car in Sant Elm. In the village there is a grocery store and local restaurants. A ferry services the Sant Elm area to the nearby popular resort of Port Andratx.

Enjoy a view of the island of La Dragonera from the village or climb up to the ruins of the Sa Trappa monestary, 400m above sea level. The streets of the town are for pedestrian and cars are not allowed.

At 2 minuts, you have the little port of Sant Elm with a lot of typical restaurants of Mallorca.

Andratx (only 10 min. away) is a large village, full of charm and holds a colourful market on each Wednesday. Puerto de Andratx is an inviting little fishing port lodged in a small and narrow bay from which you can reach the Cabo de Sa Mola and see the cliffs sharply falling into the sea.

Nothing better than enjoying a breakfast in the terrace overlooking the sea.

Ideal place to make a barbequeue between friends.
